Whatever it is that you are stumbling, feeling awkward about or getting ready to give up on, give it more attention.
I grew up QUITTING on many things…
I QUIT DJ’ing because my mom didn’t want the turntables in the house anymore. I moved them over to my best friends house, he got better than me, so I quit.
I QUIT Tae Kwon Do because I was bored and wanted to hang out with my friends and be “cool”.
I QUIT basketball because I was benched immediately after coach put me in the game for the 1st time, after almost a whole season.
If you were like me growing up, don’t let your past determine your future.
I eventually found my passion in life and I’ve been grinding away at it for 20+ years now.
If you have something you love that you can’t live without, give it some more time.
I almost gave up Muay Thai 19 years ago because my first ever“father” figure/mentor/coach left me to start a new life.
It slowed my momentum for a bit but I never gave up on my love forMuay Thai.
I found my own way.
Muay Thai has gotten me through the major ups and downs of life. It has brought me all that is dear to me NOW!
Remember to live out of your IMAGINATION not your MEMORY!
I challenge you to think about the NOW and a BETTER future for yourself.
