FAQ
Is this only for fighters?
No. Fighters were the first people I coached, but the tools work for anyone who performs under pressure:Â athletes, professionals, leaders, even students. Pressure is universal. The system I teach adapts to wherever you need it most.
How is this different from therapy or a performance coach at my gym?
Therapy helps you process the past. A gym/sport coach builds your body and skills. This coaching is about your mind, working with you in the present to sharpen focus, rewire your self-talk, and build resilience you can actually use when it counts.
What if I’m not sure which program I need?
That’s normal. We’ll figure it out together on a quick discovery call. You don’t have to decide up front, the goal is to match the right program to your goals and timeline. And if I don’t think I can help you, or if it’s not a good fit, I’ll tell you straight up.
Do you work virtually or in-person?
Both. Most of my clients work with me virtually, but if you’re local, we can explore in-person sessions. Either way, the process is built to deliver results.
